If your player doesn't start to play automatically do the following:

1. Open the player that you downloaded to your desk top in WordPad or Notepad and copy the 64bit link.
2. Open the player that you downloaded the link for.
3. Paste the link into the players play link bar.
4. In some players it will be play URL

Question: I am trying to signup for the community but I can't find the link to signup. Where is the link to go to the community?

Answer: The link to our community can be found in our menu on the left side of the Home Page.

Question: I have signed up for the community but I can not login. How do I sign in?

Answer: When you joined the Community, you should have received a confirmation email. If you can't see the conformation email in your inbox, check your junk mail folder or spam mail. After you find the confirmation email click on the link in that email and the link will take you to the Community Site and verify you. Once you have done this you will now be able to sign in and have fun.

Question: I have forgotten my password how do I login to the Community Site?

Answer: If you have forgotten your password during login click on the "Forgot My Password" link, you will then be taken to a screen that will ask for the email address that you registered with. You will be sent another confirmation email. Follow the instructions in that email, once this is done a new password will be sent to you.
